Lithops (the flowering stones) is a program that plays the game of Go.

Lithops is written by Ben Lambrechts.

I develop Lithops as a research challenge, but also, importantly, to create a computerized partner for people learning and studying Go.

Lithops plays by the Japanese 2003 Rules as defined by the rules expert Robert Jasiek.
